How to connect integrations to LinkStack

Connect from Settings

1. 1Open Settings.
2. 2Choose Integrations.
3. 3Find the service you want to connect.
4. 4Click its Connect button, sign in to that service, and approve the requested access.
5. 5Return to LinkStack and confirm that the service shows Connected.

Instagram

Use a professional Instagram account. Approve profile, media, comment, and message access so LinkStack can power social blocks and automations.

Facebook

Use a Facebook profile with full control of the Page you want. Select the Page and approve Page and Messenger access.

Shopify

Paste the permanent .myshopify.com domain, not your custom storefront domain. Approve LinkStack in Shopify, then return and click Sync.

Stripe

Stripe has its own setup guide because onboarding and payment readiness happen inside Stripe.

Zoom

When Appointments are available for your account, connect Zoom under Scheduling. LinkStack can then create a private Zoom meeting for each confirmed appointment.

Google Calendar

1. 1Open Settings, choose Integrations, and find Google Calendar under Scheduling.
2. 2Click Connect Google Calendar and approve the requested access.
3. 3Choose the calendar that should receive confirmed appointments.
4. 4Select every Google calendar that should block conflicting appointment times.
5. 5Save the calendar settings.

• Confirmed appointments are added automatically, reschedules update the event, and cancellations remove it.
• Appointments using Google Meet receive a private meeting link after confirmation.

If the connection fails

• Reconnect and approve every requested permission.
• Make sure you signed in to the account that owns or manages the service.
• Return to Settings > Integrations and check the status message.
